In Konica Minolta’s R&D laboratories, through the Cognitive Hub program, we are exploring the orchestration of AI services to effectively manage the growing complexity of the workplace. Cognitive Hub is constituted by a set of services connecting various information sources to link the data stored in isolated systems and tools. Semantic applications are at the core of cognitive services, and are integrated with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques which process structured and unstructured data. In addition to connecting and understanding data, smart applications assist with information management, task and time management, business decision making, and countless other areas.
